Alas, the Zen Stream cannot play Qobuz easily via an android device. So it turns out that Qobuz on Zen Stream is supported via airplay on Apple devices.
Would have to go to the additional expense of getting an Apple device. IOS 12 or above? but Qobuz Streaming via Zen Stream is supported by apps like Roon, Audrivana and M connect (life) etc, additional expense with having to take out two or more subs?
So looking like the Zen Stream could be a more expensive option (need an Ipad) to go for than I first thought, if I want the superior sonics of Qobuz? Edited by user 24 June 2022 11:23:55(UTC)

mconnectHD is a one-time purchase, isn't it ? I've never tried Qobuz from mconnect, I've often wondered how it connects to the renderer for this purpose.

Yeah I need to sit down and actually learn the basics.
I don't want to play ripped files from a central NAS / server at this stage, just a simple Qobuz streaming facility.
Having compared the various streaming services Qobuz sounded the best to my ears.
I don't want the uneccessary expense of having to buy an IPad just to use as a controller just to stream?
other streamers include the Bluesound (not sure on SQ) Node, and the new 'budget'? Innuos PULSEmini Network Player
A local dealer has a Leema Streamer at reasonable cost which I think can play Qobuz via my android tablet from the off.
