You might find what you are looking for with furniture manufacturers who produce large cups.

You might want to try Naim Chips. They are really good. I have tried so many things under my ProAc spikes but always came back to the Chips.

What diameter are they?

The diameter of the Naim Audio Fraim Chips is 40mm.
