Wow, that’s a good achievement. I read that there are only 120 assigned to UK. I thought it would be more like 300. I didn’t realise they exported so much.

The free to download Multi-subwoofer optimisation software by Andy C:

https://www.andyc.diy-au....org/mso/html/index.html

I’ve been trying to integrate subs in my difficult room for 2 decades now and have managed to integrate no less than 3 subs now with the aid of this freeware. At last I feel the first 3 octaves are nearly there (20Hz tone remains very low in level). Even dual subs would be beyond my capabilities to dial in let alone 3. This software makes integration possible it seems. Spectacular results in my opinion.

Those Borresen speakers are an intriguing proposition. Some high praise around. Would be interested in Martin’s opinion.

The Graham Audio BBC LS5/5 a classic revived and modernised for the 21st century.

Martin reviewed the Spendor S100 back in 1989.

Spencer Hughes was involved in and produced some of the earlier classic BBC monitors.

Interestingly enough it was Derek Hughes the son of Spencer Hughes who designed the S100 and was influenced by the BBC LS5/5 when designing it.

Now Derek has designed the new incarnation of the BBC LS5/5

Perhaps Critic could take a look at this new classic?
